A new heating system is a decision for the next twenty years. That is why we do not start with a product but with your building: how much heat does it really need, what do the radiators and pipes allow, where is the space, what does the funding pay? From that we plan a system that fits – and install it with our own fitters, on schedule and at a fixed price.

Which heating fits your building?

New build or existing building?

New build: we plan the complete system from the heat source to underfloor heating or radiators, coordinate with the architect and electrician and make sure the GEG requirement of 65% renewable energy is met from day one.

Existing building: we work with what is there – radiator sizes, pipe routing, chimney connection, available space. Often the new system fits with minimal changes; when switching to a heat pump we check whether the radiators are sufficient or a few need enlarging.

How it works – six steps

  • 1Week 1

    Free initial consultation on site

We look at the building, the existing system and your wishes – and tell you honestly which options make sense.

  • 2Week 1

    Heat-load calculation

Room by room per DIN EN 12831. The result determines the capacity – not a rule of thumb.

  • 3Week 1–2

    System planning & fixed-price quote

Detailed planning and a fixed price including removal and disposal of the old system – on request with an estimate of the funding.

  • 4Week 2–3

    Funding application

You submit the application in the KfW portal – we advise you and provide the technical details. Tip: the contract can be concluded subject to funding approval.

  • 5Week 4–10

    Removal & installation

Old system out, new system in – by our own fitters, cleanly and on schedule. Temporary heaters in winter if needed.

  • 6Commissioning day

    Commissioning & handover

Hydraulic balancing, function test, instruction and all documents – including those you need for the funding payout.

What influences the cost?

  • Chosen heating system (heat pump, gas, pellets, hybrid)
  • Heating capacity of the building (kW) and hot-water demand
  • Adjustments to radiators and pipework
  • Removal and disposal of the old system, including oil tank if applicable
  • Electrical connection (heat pump) or chimney (gas, pellets)
  • Funding amount – 30 to 80% of eligible costs

Frequently asked questions

Gas condensing from approx. €8,000, air-to-water heat pump €25,000–35,000, pellet boiler from approx. €20,000 – all before funding. With 30 to 80% BEG funding the own share for a heat pump is often below that of a new gas boiler.

Gas to gas 1–2 days, heat pump 3–5 days, more complex conversions up to a week. We tell you the exact schedule in advance.

Since July 2026: 30% basic subsidy, 16% climate-speed bonus and an income bonus of 40, 30 or 10% – up to 80% of eligible costs of €28,000. Only for renewable systems; gas boilers are not funded.

In many cases yes. Modern heat pumps reach flow temperatures up to 75 °C and work with conventional radiators. We check the suitability of your building with a heat-load calculation.

Yes, removal and disposal of the old system are included in our quote – including waste oil, refrigerants and, on request, the oil tank.

It ensures that every radiator receives exactly the amount of water it needs. It saves energy, is mandatory for funding applications and is included in our installation price.
