Heating installation in Hesse

Professional installation of your new heating system — from planning to commissioning.

Which heating fits your building?

Choosing a heating system depends on many factors: building age, insulation standard, existing radiators or underfloor heating, available space, plot size and your budget.

  • Heat pump (air-to-water) — Ideal with good insulation, underfloor heating or large radiators, up to 70% government funding.
  • Gas condensing — Proven technology, quick to install, lower investment, but a fossil fuel.
  • Pellet boiler — CO₂-neutral, high funding, requires storage room.
  • Hybrid system — Heat pump + gas for maximum flexibility in older buildings.

We advise manufacturer-independently and calculate which solution pays off most for you.

Heating replacement in existing buildings

For a replacement in an existing building we factor in the existing infrastructure: radiator sizes, pipe routing, chimney connection and available space. Often the new system can be integrated with minimal modifications. When switching to a heat pump we check whether the existing radiators are sufficient or if retrofitting underfloor heating makes sense.

Funding: up to 70% subsidy for your new heating

The BEG funding (Federal Funding for Efficient Buildings) makes replacing your heating more attractive than ever: 30% basic funding for renewable energy, plus 20% speed bonus for replacing old fossil heating, plus up to 30% income bonus. In total up to 70% subsidy is possible. We advise you on the funding options, calculate your individual subsidy amount and assist with the application.

Our process in 6 steps

1 Free initial consultation

We visit your building, assess the conditions and discuss your wishes and requirements.

2 Heating load calculation

Based on the building data we calculate the required heating capacity per DIN EN 12831.

3 System planning & quote

You receive detailed planning and a fixed-price quote — including funding calculation.

4 Funding application

We support you with the funding application — approval must be in place before construction starts.

5 Removal & installation

Professional removal of the old system and installation of the new heating by our technicians.

6 Commissioning & handover

Hydraulic balancing, function test, instructions on operation and handover of all documents.

What influences the cost?

  • Chosen heating system (heat pump, gas, pellet, hybrid)
  • Heating load of the building (kW)
  • Required adjustments to the heating circuit (radiators, pipes)
  • Scope of removal and disposal work
  • Integration of hot water or solar thermal
  • Funding amount (up to 70% subsidy possible)

Frequently asked questions

What does a fully installed new heating cost?

Gas condensing from approx. €8,000, heat pump (air-to-water) from approx. €18,000, pellet boiler from approx. €20,000. All prices before funding. With BEG funding (up to 70%), your share decreases significantly.

How long does a heating replacement take?

A standard heating replacement (e.g. gas to gas) takes 1–2 days. Heat-pump installations usually take 3–5 days, more complex retrofits up to a week.

What funding is available for a new heating?

The BEG funding offers up to 70% subsidy when switching to renewable energy. The amount is composed of basic funding (30%), speed bonus (20%) and where applicable an income bonus (30%).

Is a heat pump worth it in an old building?

In many cases yes. Modern heat pumps reach flow temperatures up to 75 °C and work with conventional radiators. We check the suitability of your building individually.

Do you dispose of the old heating?

Yes, professional removal and disposal of the old system is included in our quote — including all waste oils and refrigerants.

What is hydraulic balancing?

Hydraulic balancing ensures all radiators receive heat evenly. It's mandatory for funding applications and is included in our installation price.
